UPCOMING PTO MEETINGS:

Annual Membership Meeting -- Tuesday, June 11, 7:00 pm

The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect the 18 Board of Directors and the Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Volunteer/Membership Coordinator, Fundraising Chairperson, Leadership Activities Coordinator, Parent Council Rep and K-8 Grade Reps) for the 2013-14 school year. We will also fill all other Coordinator roles. If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please plan to attend. Thanks! (Ref: Vallemar PTO By-Laws)
  • FOUR DAY WEEKEND: There is no school for students Friday, May 24...so Memorial Day weekend will be four days!
  • LAST CHANCE FOR YEARBOOKS: This is the final week to reserve your yearbook. Place your order no later than Friday, May 31.
  • SUMMER PLANNING: The last day of school is Wednesday, June 12 and will resume again Wednesday, August 28. Check out the 2013-14 school calendar.

The VPTO strives to enrich each student's educational experience so they may aspire to academic excellence and develop social-emotional intelligence. We support family participation; promote fundraising; work cooperatively with community groups; and foster a sense of community in the Pacifica School District.
