Policies & Procedures

​

• Attendance in classes is open only to students currently enrolled at Pacifica School District. 

• Homeroom offers 2 payment options - fall in full at the time of enrollment or opt for financing through Affirm. 

• Any stopped payment issued by your financial institution will be subject to a fee equal to that charged by the financial institution, which must be paid prior to your child’s enrollment in any vAcademy class, current or in the future.

• We also offer scholarships and financial assistance. Please reach out to Laura Vuskovic (lvuskovic@pacificasd.org).

• Courses will not be pro-rated for late enrollment. We encourage timely enrollment so that students can benefit from the whole course.

• You may cancel your class enrollment and receive a full refund through the second week of the semester. There will be no refunds after September 29.

• All classes are normally between 45 mins to an hour, but may run longer or shorter depending upon the class, instructor, or particular circumstances. Check your child’s class for start times and length.

• Students who are disruptive may be removed from class at the instructor's discretion.
