Policies & Procedures

 

Attendance in classes is open only to students currently enrolled at Pacifica School District. 

 

Payment for classes is due in full prior to a student’s attendance. 

 

You may cancel your class enrollment and receive a full refund through the second week of the semester. There will be no refunds after the second week, no exceptions. 

 

IMPORTANT: Any returned check and/or stopped payment issued by your financial institution will be subject to a fee equal to that charged by the financial institution.  This fee must be paid prior to your child’s enrollment in any vAcademy class, current or in the future.  Any fees charged will result in all future vAcademy classes needing to be paid for in cash. 

 

All classes are normally between 30 mins to an hour, but may run longer or shorter depending upon the class, instructor, or particular circumstances. Check your child’s class for start times and length.

 

Students who are disruptive may be removed from class at the instructor's discretion.  Please refer to your instructors rules for expectations during virtual classes.

 

It is the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to ensure their child is able to log into class at the correct starting time.
