Payment Info

Dear Families,

We need your support to make all the celebrations for Vallemar’s graduating class of 2024 possible. We plan to celebrate our wonderful 8th graders in many special ways. The 8th grade direct donation ask letter has gone home with students and the funds are due by November 1, 2023. If you are unable to contribute the direct ask amount, please let your childs teacher or Mrs. Vuskovic know, and the PTO will make sure no child is left out of any activities.

Activities/Celebrations

  • Special Class of 2024 Sweatshirt ($43)

  • Graduation Celebration ($80)

  • Dinner dance ($100)

  • Great America ($35)

If your child has a season pass, please deduct that amount from your direct donation and check that box on the form             when returning your payment.

  •  Ropes Course ($30)

$288 Total for All Activities (Dinner Dance, Class of 2024 Sweatshirt, Great America, Ropes Course, & graduation expenses). $253 Total for All Activities except Great America (My child has a season pass).

Payment and permission slip are due by November 1st. See the 8th grade permission slip found here.

You can pay online below or with check made payable to Vallemar PTO. Please write “8th Grade Activities” and your child’s name on the check and turn it in to your childs teacher along with the signed forms. Please provide one check, no cash.  You may also pay online with a credit card via PayPal. Click the Make Payment link to the right to finalize your online payment.  You will need to provide the student and teacher name.

We will also fundraiser for other great activities to make 8th grade amazing!

The PTO will not issue refunds- unless the event is canceled.

*Please see your child’s teacher or the principal ASAP if you have financial concerns or would like to pay in installments. We do not want money to be a deciding factor in your child participating in any of the activities.

*If you’d like to contribute extra to cover the cost for families who are experiencing financial hardship, please do so.  It would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,

Sarah Benavides, 8th Grade PTO Rep
